Our process
01 — First contact: you send us your plans, sketches or references. We review your project and get back to you within 48 hours.
02 — Feasibility & estimate: initial technical checks, material recommendations and a first budget estimate.
03 — Development & approval: depending on the project, on-site measurements, technical drawings, 3D renderings and finish samples. Final quote and approval before manufacturing.
04 — Manufacturing: production in the partner workshop in Portugal best suited to each trade, supervised by our team. Indicative lead time: 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the nature and complexity of the project.
05 — Inspection & shipping: every piece is inspected in the workshop, protected, packed and shipped to site.
06 — Delivery & installation: delivery and installation by our teams or partners, anywhere in Europe. Installation follow-up and resolution of any snagging items.
